Struggling math learners are at the heart of Dyscalculia Mentor's mission. Robert Regan (M.A., Education), founder of Dyscalculia Mentor, has over 20 years of experience teaching in public schools, and is a licensed math teacher in Virginia. He received certification as a dyscalculia interventionist from Dyscalculia Services in 2023. He has a passion for helping students generate insight into mathematical concepts.
Seeing math students thrive through multi-sensory learning inspired Robert to focus his attention on students with math disabilities and those who feel they're "bad at math." He saw that the power of research-based, hands-on math intervention can build bridges throughout the mind of struggling learners.
Dyscalculia Mentor directly serves students in central Virginia (Richmond and surrounding areas), and provides additional support services nationwide.
